Studio 313 Pilates was created by four sisters with one shared belief—movement changes everything.

Rooted in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, we bring different backgrounds but the same mission: to make Pilates feel personal, empowering, and elevated. Every session is designed to help you feel stronger, more aligned, and deeply connected to your body.
