Vivi is passionate about guiding her clients toward strength, alignment, and balance through mindful movement.

Hi, I’m Christina. I am a certified Pilates instructor and one of the founders of Studio 313 Pilates. I completed the STOTT intensive reformer program at Equilibrium and received my mat certification through Equinox. I blend classical Pilates principles with modern, strength-based movement to deliver athletic, challenging, and intentional classes. My goal is to help you build strength, alignment, and confidence in your body

Casey
Casey is a Balanced Body-trained contemporary Pilates instructor known for bringing the burn and helping clients reconnect to their bodies. Her sessions are a balance of calm and intensity, designed to wake up deep muscles, improve strength and control, and leave you feeling both grounded and accomplished. Expect a full body workout in every session.

Nichole
Nichole is a STOTT Pilates trained instructor with comprehensive training in mat, reformer, chair, Cadillac, and barrel. Her teaching style blends classical Pilates principles: precision, control, and alignment with elements of modern strength training to create intentional, empowering class flows. Nichole believes Pilates is a powerful practice for strengthening both the body and mind. In a fast-paced, distraction-filled world, she views movement as an opportunity to slow down, reconnect inward, and build deeper body awareness through breath and intentional movement.

Leandra
Leandra’s passion for Pilates began after the birth of her daughter, because the method helped her feel strong, capable, and deeply reconnected to her body. That experience sparked a passion to help others feel the same through intentional movement. As a STOTT-trained mat Pilates instructor, Leandra’s classes blend foundational Pilates repertoire with a modern sculpt twist. Expect feel-good shakes, supportive & uplifting flows, and options that meet you where you are. When she’s not teaching at Studio 313, Leandra can be found reading for book club, spending time with her family, enjoying Sunday brunch, or training toward her reformer certification. She can’t wait to move with you!

Gabby
Gabby DeLoof is a classically trained Pilates instructor who completed her comprehensive 500-hour certification under the mentorship of Brenda Freeman. Her training encompasses foundational, intermediate, and advanced work in mat, reformer, and all Pilates apparatus.
Gabby was first introduced to Pilates during her career as a competitive swimmer, where she quickly saw how the method translated to athletic performance, injury prevention, and everyday movement. As she incorporated Pilates into her training, she noticed improved body awareness, strength, and mobility, along with a reduction in injuries which sparked her passion for the practice.
Rooted in the work of Joseph Pilates, Gabby believes in building movement from a strong foundation, emphasizing precision, control, and mindful practice.

With her motto, “It’s not sweat, it’s glitter,” Maya sprinkles a little sparkle into every session. After conquering Track & Field and competing at the Junior Olympics, she’s basically a superhero in sneakers—and your go-to guru for core-focused workouts on and off the reformer. Her upbeat demeanor might fool you into thinking class will be easy, but don’t be fooled—she’s here to push you to your personal best and make sure you leave every class with that good kind of burn!

Her classes blend athletic conditioning with mindful control to help clients build lean muscle, improve posture, and move with confidence. Growing up as a competitive dancer, I have always romanticized movement. With over 500 hours of Pilates under my belt, the transition from hobby to certified passion was inevitable. Heavily inspired by my dance background, my approach to Pilates blends classical principles with elements of strength and sculpt.
