Reformer Sculpt (50 minutes)

Our Reformer Sculpt is perfect for those looking to challenge themselves with dynamic and invigorating movements. This class is designed to sculpt, lengthen, and challenge the entire body through controlled, resistance-based movement. While this class includes more complex sequences and faster transitions, modifications are always available, making it accessible for anyone eager to push their limits.

Classical Reformer (50 minutes)

This beginner-level class focuses on proper alignment, controlled movement, and core connection while introducing fundamental reformer exercises and transitions. Expect slower, intentional sequences designed to build strength, stability, and confidence on the reformer. Perfect for beginners, those returning to Pilates, or anyone wanting to deepen their form and understanding. Modifications always provided.

Mat Pilates Sessions

Mat Pilates (50 minutes)

A slow-burn, full-body mat workout blending strength training, Pilates precision, and deep core control. Through mindful movement and focused repetition, you’ll sculpt lean muscle, enhance stability, and build lasting endurance.

All levels welcome.

Hot Mat Pilates (50 minutes)

Similar to our Mat Pilates class, but performed in a gently heated room to elevate focus, flexibility, and sweat. Expect the same mindful, low-impact movements with the added benefits of heat for deeper mobility and detoxification.

Mat Foundations (50 minutes)

Mat Foundations is a 50-minute beginner-friendly mat Pilates class emphasizing alignment, core stability, and mindful movement. This supportive class focuses on proper technique, controlled flow, and building strength from the inside out.

Heated HIIT Sculpt (45 minutes)

A high-energy fusion of cardio and Pilates strength mat class is done in a gently heated room. Combines high-intensity intervals with controlled, sculpting sequences to boost endurance and build lean, powerful muscle.

Mat Sculpt (50 minutes)

A high-intensity sculpt class, designed to challenge your strength and stamina. This class incorporates dynamic intervals to fire up your muscles and elevate your heart rate. Slow, controlled burn meets energizing bursts for a full-body sculpt.

Hot Strength Sculpt (50 minutes)

A high-intensity, full-body mat Pilates workout designed to challenge and strengthen from head to toe. Using dumbbells and controlled, powerful movements, this class blends strength training with Pilates precision and deep core engagement. Expect slow, focused reps, muscle-shaking holds, and layered progressions that sculpt lean muscle, elevate endurance, and build serious stability

Yoga

Traditional Yoga (50 minutes)

This traditional yoga class focuses on standing, balancing, and grounding postures connected through mindful breathing. Practiced at a slower pace with longer holds, it allows time to build strength, improve balance, and deepen your mind-body connection. Suitable for beginners and all levels.
